RAFTING NEAR:

SoCal / Los Angeles

White water rafting near Los Angeles is available on the Kaweah River for those with previous rafting experience. Trips are available from May thru July (sometimes longer, it depends on the snowmelt). Since rafting in Southern California is limited, many choose to travel to the American River  in the Gold Country or some of our rivers near Lake Tahoe or Mt. Shasta/Redding region for more rafting, camping, and wineries.

We offer lots of rafting options for all ages 4+ from Sacramento up to Portland, Oregon! Our white water rafting trips range from quick half day trips, full day adventures with lunch, or overnight rafting & camping vacations where we provide meals. Our trips are unique and we love taking people rafting. Raft California has the best gear and guides around.

Tributary Whitewater Tours has been running rivers since we were first founded in 1978. Since we opened 40+ years ago we have expanded to include Adventure Connection, Mariah Wilderness Expeditions, High Desert River Outfitters, Canyon Outfitters and are the parent company of Raft California and Raft Oregon. While some things have changed over the years, Tributary remains a family-run small business with the same passion for the river and the mission of leading others to experience it.
