As our company continues to grow, we are actively recruiting new employees for many positions in California (raftcalifornia.com) and Oregon (raftoregon.com). We run white water rafting trips on many rivers in in the Northwest. We run trips on many challenging, unique & sought after rivers, making river guide employment with us competitive. Operations are located in many locations including Lotus, CA, Truckee, CA, Happy Camp, CA and Maupin, OR.
Positions are available for a wide range of applicants including:
- New & Experienced River Guides
- Commercial Shuttle Drivers
- Commissary Staff
- Administrative Assistants
- Reservationists
- Maintenance/Grounds keeping

How do you become a Raft Guide?
Apply for our White Water Raft Guide School
If you are interested in an outdoor adventure job as a river guide you will need to gain some basic skills. We offer a 7 day Guide School Training Program that will immerse you in learning how to guide commercial rafting trips.
